All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We ensure that no animals are harmed in the manufacturing process and that no products are tested on animals.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's geographical location. Estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and deviations may occur. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing an order. Delivery times for different shipping options are displayed in the shopping cart when selecting the shipping method. For products with varying delivery times, this information is provided on the product page. Some products may have longer delivery times.
For deliveries within Sweden, the normal delivery time is 1-3 business days from when the order is placed, unless otherwise specified for the respective shipping option on the product page. Nidabell processes orders within 24 hours.

Shipment not collected
Paketet finns tillgängligt för hämtning hos postombudet i 7 dagar innan det returneras till oss. Vid ångrat köp behöver du först hämta ut paketet och sedan returnera varan till oss, eftersom outlösta paket inte omfattas av ångerrätten.
Nidabell förbehåller sig rätten att debitera kostnader som uppstår vid outlösta paket. Om denna kostnad inte betalas kommer ärendet att överlämnas till inkasso.
